On the side note, a number of Metro support agents was confused whenever I call them too. So I do not know if anyone here can help or not, but this is going bugging me since I do not know if Metro will get my number or not one of these days. So am I going to get a call every single day from Metro? If so, this is going to get pain. Now Metro's support is wanting proof that I own this number, but my current carrier can not and will not send anything like this to Metro because I have not lost my number yet. Then yesterday, I decided to call to Metro's support again since I got another call. So now, I have stopped these failing unauthorized ports on my current carrier side, but I have to call my current carrier shortly after these calls from Metro because there is a new failed port that I have to stop. Now, the reason given is that my name is not on this Metro account. So I tried to stop this again from Metro's end, but now support said since I do own this account on Metro's end, they can not stop these porting calls.
